SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail.

Linear Vintage Ltd does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect, that is the responsibility of the shipping courier. We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered. We will communicate with the shipping courier if a parcel is delayed/lost. Parcels can only be considered lost via Royal Mail's customer service line. Once a lost parcel claim is filed, Royal Mail will issue Linear Vintage Ltd a refund for the full cost of the buyer's order, we will then refund the buyer in full. This process could take up to 3 months to complete.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOM FEES. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THESE CHARGES.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Linear Vintage Ltd sells second hand items and therefore under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ‘a consumer cannot claim for defects that are brought to their attention before the sale or if they examine the goods before purchase and any defects should have been obvious. A consumer cannot claim for damage they cause or if they simply change their mind about wanting the goods. A consumer has no rights to claim for faults that appear as a result of fair wear and tear.’

As all items are second hand, please be aware that they may show minor imperfections that are not outlined in the product description. However, buyers are legally allowed to return an item within 14 days of receiving if the item is not accurately described. Refunds will not be issued if the buyer fails to study all pictures and read the description. Linear Vintage Ltd reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item.

Please contact us via email if the item is not accurately described to organise your refund. Please note to be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, the item must be returned within 7 days of notifying us you are returning the item, or 14 days for international customers.

We will automatically issue the refund back to the original payment method once the item has been returned and inspected. Please remember that it can take a period of time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. We advise a tracked or signed service to ensure that your returning items are not lost during transit. Linear Vintage Ltd is not responsible for lost returns. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any charges incurred shipping the item back to us and therefore will not be refunded.
